Another day or two in Lesvos

We have had a good couple of days finding several good birds. Amazingly we have found 5 Spur-winged Plovers and a Ferruginous Duck today. Both Pallid Harrier and Montagu's Harriers have showed well and a good selection of shorebirds.
This was the first three Spur-winged Plovers we found and below is another we found at Mesa

This photo was by Gina Nichol
The immature Pallid Harrier flew past us today and gave great views
I have a lot of photos still to download including Cinereous Buntings and fabulous Kruper's Nuthatch. We found  a few Lesser Grey Shrikes, a Great Snipe, a superb male Rufous-tailed Rock Thrush, another Pallid Swift, and lots of other great sightings.
One of my highlights today was saving a Lesser Mole Rat which was blindly trying to get across a busy road.
Some say Mole on the left and Rat on the right !!!
